The beginning
It all started with the acquisition of a multi-family opportunity in Praça das Flores, one of the many quintessential Lisbon neighborhoods that make the city unique, followed by a residential development in Comporta and a rural hotel project in Melides.

Zé has twenty-four years of real estate-related experience with an emphasis on transactions and portfolio advisory work for JLL’s corporate clients including Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft.
Francisco has 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, having started his career in fixed-income sales and subsequently moved to equity trading and equity sales. While at the equities division of Banco Mello de Investimentos, he developed the first index arbitrage desk in Lisbon.
At Millenium BCP reporting to CIO, Francisco helped establish a new unit in London, to support Private Banking local units in research, product selection, structured products, and Discretionary Management. He was a Member of the Asset Allocation Committee, responsible for Discretionary Management. His tenure at BCP Investimento also saw him lead as Head of Institutional Equity Sales, Sales-trading, and Private client teams managing a team of 21 people.
In addition to Francisco’s investment banking expertise, he has overseen all aspects of asset allocation and manager selection for private wealth management at various institutions in Portugal and Switzerland, with a more recent emphasis on finance and tax-related issues for a private family office based in Lisbon, which also includes overseeing real-estate financial modeling for residential development projects throughout Portugal.
